We only use chief consultants who are all specialized in their fields and historically speaking only 1 out of 100 of our candidates are offered a position.  

Even though you are with the customers, you are also an integrated part of Peak.  

Often, we have multiple consultants with the same customer – just working on different projects. 

There is always close dialogue between you and your manager, and you share knowledge and cooperate back and forth with other colleagues. 

At the same time, we are good at getting together in a social setting.  

In terms of experience, we are a senior-heavy company. All employees have 10+ years of experience within their field.
