Now it is official! We have been approved as one of Denmark’s best workplaces by Great Place to Work.
Every year, Great Place to Work Denmark conducts a certification program whose main focus is on employees’ experiences with their workplace, as well as an internal management- and organizational practice, which lays the groundwork for the endeavour to be a great workplace.
Placed under scrutiny
Peak has over the last few months been thoroughly scrutinized by Great Place to Work, who certifies Danish – and international – businesses. And this year Peak can officially call itself a good workplace.
As a part of the assessment, all employees have participated in a questionnaire survey. On the basis of this survey, we have been evaluated through a cultural analysis which focused on the themes:
Credibility, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity.
Aside from the certification, Peak has also received an award for being among the elite of the best Danish workplaces. This is the result of many years of maintaining and developing Peak’s DNA and culture. The results have delighted our internal employees and Patrick Sorrentino, managing director for Peak Consulting Group, adds:
