The Danish Defence implemented automated robot technology   

Peak’s consultant structured the project organization including the composition of the steering committee and focused on project method and change management. Information meetings and roadshows were conducted along the way, in order to engage in dialogue with different parts of the organization. The project method was based on agility and Lean Six Sigma. Peak’s consultant functioned as a professional and devised the method and governance, that The Danish Defence currently works according to. Moreover, the consultant functioned as sparring partner with central stakeholders in The Danish Defence’s organization.  

Through testing at The Personnel Agency, the implementation of software robots in administrative service processes proved successful. Furthermore, the project was given a methodology and governance for the implementation. Overall, this has meant, that The Danish Defence today has made the technology and the method available to the entire concern and is therefore in the process of establishing a Robotic Operational Center, with the purpose of supporting the upcoming work with software robots in the concern.
