Oplever I, at det er sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 succes med en agil tilgang?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Havde I dr\u00f8mt om hurtigere leverancer, der skaber v\u00e6rdi, men er det ikke det billede, der tegner sig n\u00e5r I har implementeret de agile principper, og stiller I derfor sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5lstegn ved, om agil udvikling er s\u00e5 fantastisk, som det lyder? Personligt er jeg stor fortaler for at anvende en agil tilgang til softwareudvikling, fordi jeg er overbevist om, at mange projekter og organisationer med fordel kan implementere en agil tilgang.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

En af de fordele, jeg ser, ved den agile tilgang er, at et team p\u00e5 kort tid arbejder fokuseret p\u00e5 at levere et minimumsprodukt, som skaber v\u00e6rdi, og som er funktionelt uden at v\u00e6re perfekt, da form\u00e5let netop er, at produktet udbygges hen ad vejen og tilpasses brugernes behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beslutningen om at implementere en agil tilgang kan b\u00e5de skyldes, at organisationen skal matche en leverand\u00f8r med en agil tilgang, eller at ledelsen helt eller delvist \u00f8nsker at anvende en agil tilgang. Uanset om den agile tilgang implementeres end-to-end, hvor hele organisationen skal gennem en agil transformation, eller om det kun er udvalgte projekter, der fremadrettet skal k\u00f8re agilt, s\u00e5 opst\u00e5r der ofte udfordringer i sp\u00e6ndingsfeltet mellem det agile og det traditionelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forskellige forventninger til dokumentation<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

I forbindelse med projektet kan der opst\u00e5 den udfordring, at dele af organisationen stadig eftersp\u00f8rger dokumenter s\u00e5som PID, statusrapporter, fremdriftsrapportering mm., fordi ledelsen f\u00f8rhen har v\u00e6ret vant til at modtage traditionelle projektdokumenter. De agile teams undrer sig, for de har f\u00e5et at vide, at de skal k\u00f8re agilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ansvar og roller er uklare<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Et eksempel kunne v\u00e6re, at der er udpeget en product owner, som er uddannet og certificeret, og derfor har f\u00e5et tildelt det ansvar, der indeb\u00e6rer at prioritere product backlog samtidigt med, at projektet stadig har en styregruppe, som forventer at tage beslutningerne i projektet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Processer udfordres med det agile<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Der kan eksempelvis v\u00e6re en fast releasestruktur, der tillader fire store \u00e5rlige releases, men pludselig vil de agile teams release ny funktionalitet hver fjerde uge eller m\u00e5ske hver 14. dag. Det udfordrer releasestrukturen, og hvis teamet ikke kan release efter deres sprint, s\u00e5 kan teamet ikke levere og skabe v\u00e6rdi som forventet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Listen kunne forts\u00e6ttes med variationer afh\u00e6ngigt af, om det er en agil transformation, der ber\u00f8rer hele organisationen, eller om det kun vedr\u00f8rer dele af en organisation, der skal forandres. Desuden kan beslutningen om, hvilke dele af organisationen der skal have en agil tilgang v\u00e6re mere eller mindre bevidst, hvilket vil p\u00e5virke medarbejdernes forst\u00e5else af, hvordan de skal l\u00f8se deres arbejdsopgaver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uanset hvor omfattende forandringen er, s\u00e5 vil der opst\u00e5 et m\u00f8de mellem de to grundl\u00e6ggende forskellige tilgange; agil og traditionel. Det er derfor n\u00f8dvendigt at f\u00e5 afstemt samspillet mellem den agile og den traditionelle tilgang, hvis organisationen skal opn\u00e5 succes. Kan du svare ja til, at der i din organisation er taget h\u00f8jde for samspillet mellem den agile og traditionelle tilgang?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
