Too many Scrum Masters fail in this mission. Not because they do something wrong, but rather because they do the right thing at the wrong time.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a Scrum Master comes with expectations. From yourself, your surroundings and the organization as a whole. This can make it extremely hard to become a success in the role, as the different interests and expectations rarely align. It also clouds the process and makes it hard to be effective in helping the team create value. There are so many useful tools in the Scrum Master tool box. But knowing when to use the right tool can make or break your career as a Scrum Master and make good intentions fall flat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trick is to see the bigger picture of not only the scrum team, but the teams and organization around it. In other words: To have an understanding of the context of things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this white paper, we break down a model for identifying the whole context of a team before choosing and implementing the right tools at the right time. We call it: Fast Forward Scrum Master.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-can-use-it\"><strong>Who can use it?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the tool is to help Scrum Masters focus on the right thing at the right time. The tool is built to be used by Agile Coaches who work with Scrum Masters and the most effective way to use it is to have a coach. But, as a Scrum Master, you can also use it by yourself.
