Conditions for cancellation and rescheduling  

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your enrolment in a course, you must write to us at: [email protected] . 

In case of cancellation or rescheduling later than 20 working days before the beginning of a course, the cancelation-fee is 50% of the price for participation. 

In case of cancelation or rescheduling later than 10 working days before the beginning of a course, the cancelation-fee is 100% of the price for participation. 

The above-mentioned conditions apply to both physical- and virtual courses. 

In case of cancellation and rescheduling regarding events and conferences later than 40 working days before the start of the event the cancelation-fee is 100% of the price for participation. 

If you are prevented from participating in a course you have enrolled in, for example due to illness, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place – however, you must inform us of this change via [email protected] NO LATER THAN 20 working days before the start of the course. 

E-learning 

You have a 14 day right of cancellation on you purchase, but your right of cancellation expires when you receive your e-book and/or start using the e-learning portal. 

Billing 

Peak Consulting Group is entitled to bill courses, events and conferences up to 30 days before conduction of the event.   

Invoices sent from Peak Consulting Group must be payed 30 days after reception – Afterwards interest will accrue cf. Renteloven. 

Purchase via co-operation agreements 

If you are enrolled in a course via a business that Peak Consulting Group has a co-operation agreement with, the agreed upon conditions apply, instead of Peak Consulting Group’s general terms and conditions.
