Der kan n\u00e6ppe herske nogen tvivl om, at b\u00e6redygtighed for alvor er kommet p\u00e5 dagsorden i danske organisationer. S\u00e5 hvorfor f\u00e5r langt de fleste af os stadig ikke sat handling bag ordene, n\u00e5r det kommer til den b\u00e6redygtige transformation? <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Bare rolig. Det er ikke, fordi vi danskere er nogle dovne og ligeglade klimasjufter. I virkeligheden d\u00f8jer mange med reelt at forst\u00e5 b\u00e6redygtighed som begreb. Det fremst\u00e5r simpelthen for abstrakt. Og mens de fleste associerer b\u00e6redygtighed med den gr\u00f8nne omstilling, d\u00e6kker begrebet faktisk over b\u00e5de \u00f8konomisk ansvarlighed, social ansvarlighed og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssig ansvarlighed. <\/em>Det kan g\u00f8re det ekstra sv\u00e6rt at spore sig ind p\u00e5, hvilken form for b\u00e6redygtighed der egentlig stiles efter.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men p\u00e5 trods af forskellige forst\u00e5elser og definitioner er der en r\u00e6kke f\u00e6lles barrierer for, hvorfor vi danskere ikke rigtig kommer ud over rampen. Vi har talt med program- og projektledere fra en bred vifte af organisationer, og uanset organisationens type, synes s\u00e6rligt 3 barrierer at st\u00e5 i vejen for implementeringen af b\u00e6redygtighed i projekter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n
1. Vi er vanedyr <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Vanens magt er stor, og det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at omstille sig, n\u00e5r man skal bev\u00e6ge sig mod ukendt territorie. I stedet for kun at t\u00e6nke forretning i tal, skal der nu tages hensyn til sociale og gr\u00f8nne gevinster ogs\u00e5. Og det kan hurtigt blive besv\u00e6rligt, n\u00e5r man er vant til udelukkende at operere i \u00f8konomiske hensyn. B\u00e6redygtighed skal selvf\u00f8lgelig stadig v\u00e6re \u00f8konomisk ansvarligt for jeres organisation, men vi skal til at \u00e6ndre vores mindset til at inkludere det sociale og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige ansvar. Det handler alts\u00e5 om at invitere nye interessenter ind, anerkende deres behov i projektet og begynde at t\u00e6nke gevinster i en bredere forstand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Vi f\u00e5r, hvad vi m\u00e5ler<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Hvordan m\u00e5ler vi b\u00e6redygtighed? I en organisation, der er styret af m\u00e5lbare resultater og SMART-modellen, kan noget s\u00e5 fluffy som \u201dgr\u00f8n omstilling\u201d eller \u201dsocial ansvarlighed\u201d v\u00e6re sv\u00e6re at s\u00e6lge. Resultater, der ikke kan m\u00e5les og benchmarkes, er ret demotiverende \u2013 for hvordan ved vi s\u00e5 overhovedet, at vi har n\u00e5et dem? Her er det vigtigt, at I som organisation og i de enkelte projekter g\u00f8r b\u00e6redygtighed til en del af jeres business case. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de f\u00e5r I det inkorporeret allerede fra starten af et givent projekt, s\u00e5 det bliver skrevet ind i projektets form\u00e5l og bliver en del af projektets leverancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Der mangler ledelsesm\u00e6ssigt oph\u00e6ng<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Mange sidder ogs\u00e5 med oplevelsen af, at ledelsen ikke prioriterer b\u00e6redygtighed. Det kan skyldes mangel p\u00e5 viden og\/eller kompetencer, eller passende de to forrige grunde. Faktum er, at mange beslutningstagere f\u00e5r set sig blind p\u00e5 hurtige l\u00f8sninger, der kan bidrage til \u00f8jebliksbilledet, og i kampens hede glemmer de det langsigtede, b\u00e6redygtige perspektiv. B\u00e6redygtighed bliver ofte set som et \u201dnice to have\u201d add-on til projektet i stedet for en kernedel af projektet, hvorfor det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at placere eller tage ansvar for det i projektet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
